Gabrielle Hartley has been a divorce attorney and mediator for over 30 years. At the start of her career, Gabrielle worked for Judge Jeffrey Sunshine in New York City, where she helped resolve hundreds of complex, emotionally charged cases. That early experience inside a busy courtroom shaped how she practices today. She understands how judges think, how litigation stalls, and where cases tend to break down when emotions and process collide. Gabrielle brings that perspective into every mediation and settlement conference. She is pragmatic, steady, and focused on forward movement. Her work is especially well suited for cases that feel stuck, clients who are exhausted by conflict, or situations where the court process has become part of the problem rather than the solution. She conducts mediations and settlement conferences entirely virtually, allowing parties and counsel to resolve difficult matters efficiently.
