After twenty years of working as a therapist, classroom teacher, and most recently, a school counselor, I have seen the impact of divorce on both adults and children. Divorce is one of the top 5 most stressful events in life. As a person who has gone through it before, I can attest to this.I’ve personally experienced divorce 3x in my life, once between my parents as a teen and twice myself. I specialize in working with parents, divorcing or coparenting with children in the home. I help parents improve communication, build confidence to conquer divorce, gain peace of mind all while keeping the kids first. I offer private 1 on 1 coaching via phone call or zoom. I also host a support group, offer a free guide and a rebuilding workbook.
