David Levin is a divorced dad who learned all of this the hard way. He spent his career turning messy situations into playbooks that companies could actually follow. This one comes with a story, not just tools. He didn't study marriage. It happened to him, two weeks before he turned 50, in the second of three couples-counseling sessions. The divorce handed him the skills that would've made him a better husband, a few years too late. It also handed him an empty house and the time to write them down. He trained as a journalist at Northwestern's Medill School, so he knows the words matter. When he finally had something worth saying, he didn't write a memoir. He wrote the manual: the 15-Minute Weekly Huddle, the One True Calendar, the Quarterly True-Up and 71 tools in all. He lives in Connecticut. A Divorced Dad's Playbook: For the Still-Married is his first book.
