Hello, I’m Siobhan — Therapist, CDC Certified Divorce Coach®, Family Mediator, and mom. Divorce can touch nearly every part of your life — your emotional well-being, family relationships, sense of stability, and decisions about your future. My approach is compassionate, practical, and informed by more than 25 years of professional experience across counseling, family mediation, the court system, and other settings supporting individuals and families through difficult transitions. As a New Jersey Licensed Professional Counselor, I provide virtual therapy throughout New Jersey for individuals experiencing the emotional impact of divorce, relationship changes, grief and loss, anxiety, trauma, and other life transitions. Therapy offers space to process what you are experiencing, better understand yourself and your relationships, and begin to heal and move forward. As a CDC Certified Divorce Coach®, I provide virtual coaching in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Coaching offers focused, forward-looking support to help you clarify priorities, prepare for difficult conversations, organize decisions, strengthen communication, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. My background as a family mediator also shapes how I work. I spent nearly a decade mediating family matters in a high-conflict court setting, giving me a deep appreciation for the complexities of conflict, co-parenting, and decision-making when emotions are high. I also understand divorce personally. As a mom who has navigated divorce and co-parenting, I know the process is not simply about reaching an agreement — it is about finding your way through significant change while creating a healthy path forward for yourself and your family. Whether we work together in therapy, divorce coaching, or mediation, my goal is to meet you where you are with compassion, clarity, and respect — and help you move forward in a way that feels thoughtful and true to you.
