Divorce Career and Employment Strategist
I am a career and employment strategist who helps women navigating divorce make informed job and workplace decisions with real HR insight. I understand how hiring decisions are made and how workplace dynamics operate behind the scenes. I support women who are pursuing new employment as well as women who are already employed. As workplace concerns or challenges can sometimes arise, I work with employed women so they have the grounded HR perspective they need before escalating internally. After several years in an unfulfilling career, I became a stay-at-home mother who also worked within my former spouse’s businesses. I understand firsthand how difficult it can be to return to the workforce while transitioning careers, especially within the divorce process. That’s why I became the career and employment strategist I wish I had. I work with women at different points in the divorce process, whether they are quietly planning ahead, in the middle of the process, or rebuilding afterward. With a background as a recruiter and HR leader, I have led hiring across multiple organizations and advised senior leaders on employment decisions. I understand how performance is assessed and documented, and how workplace concerns are viewed from the employer’s side. I bring that HR perspective to women as they consider career direction, navigate job searches, and respond thoughtfully if workplace concerns arise. While I don’t provide legal or financial advice, I serve as a practical career and employment thought partner and coordinate with attorneys and financial professionals as needed, so women can move forward with clarity and confidence in this next chapter.
