I’m Lainie Goldberg, a Realtor® with Keller Williams On The Water serving Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, and Florida’s Gulf Coast. I provide current market information, manage the details of the transaction, and keep the process moving with clear, consistent communication. When appropriate, I work collaboratively with attorneys, financial advisors, mortgage professionals, and divorce coaches so the real estate decisions align with the client’s broader financial and personal goals. I understand that these decisions can be financially and emotionally complicated. My role is to make the real estate portion of the transition feel more organized, manageable, and less overwhelming.
