headshot-1

Trina Nudson is a social worker, attorney, and serial entrepreneur with a lifelong passion for safeguarding childhoods and transforming the systems that serve families. As the visionary behind BeH2O™—a groundbreaking co-parenting and professional coaching curriculum—Trina blends the strength of beryllium with the adaptability of water to help parents, professionals, and communities navigate high-conflict dynamics with clarity, purpose, and grace.

With over two decades of experience working in child advocacy, family law, and systemic reform, Trina has represented hundreds of children in courtrooms and empowered countless families to break cycles of conflict. She is the founder of My Child Advocate, P.A., a law firm that gives children a voice in legal proceedings, and the founder of The Layne Project, Inc., providing sustainable, scalable solutions for family well-being through consulting, curriculum certification, and professional development.

Trina is also the founder of The Layne Project 4 Families, a nonprofit organization rooted in the mission of providing stability, connection, and hope to families in transition. By offering direct services to children and parents—ranging from supervised parenting time to co-parenting education—The Layne Project 4 Families exists to strengthen the foundation that family offers to children and ensure that no child is left navigating separation, divorce, or conflict alone.

Trina’s work is deeply influenced by thought leaders such as Simon Sinek, William Ury, Dr. Joe Dispenza, and the Arbinger Institute. She integrates cutting-edge neuroscience, mindset coaching, and conflict resolution strategies into her programs to support both personal and systemic transformation. Her mission is to create a ripple effect of change by equipping professionals and parents with the tools to lead from within, hold healthy boundaries, and stay rooted in their "why"—even in the face of adversity.

Above all, Trina is a devoted mother, partner, and community builder whose vision is clear: to safeguard childhoods by empowering the adults who shape them.
