Founder and creator of The Divorce Solutionist, I am a Family law professional with 20+ years in family court, handling high-conflict divorce and custody cases.  Former family law attorney, mediator, parent coordinator and instructor.  I host the podcast "Self-Represented in Family Court", have a book series coming out soon and a nonprofit focused on changing the Family Court landscape for pro se litigants.

My specialty is helping people understand the complex Family Court system/process. Family Court is 20% law, 80% strategy. The law, the lawyers, the court rules, the judge, the key players and the actual process all impact the overall outcome but the dynamics shift for each individual case.

Strategy is (or the litigant's experience) that is at the helm of how my services actually help self-represented prepare for Family Court. I use my proven A.D.V.O.C.A.T.E.™ method to help litigants come up with a solid gameplan that is guaranteed to help them understand the Family Court process, which in turn increases their chances of success.

I am the "glue" that puts all of the pieces together to create a customized "package" for presenting your case to your Family Court judge (and key players).

I have successfully helped hundreds of pro se litigants all over the USA and in other countries, like Canada, New Zealand and the UK.

I also advocate for the rights of pro se litigants in Family Court, ensuring that their rights are acknowledged, their voices are heard and their interests are addressed.

I work 1:1 with clients in all of my services, which includes by the hour; by 1, 3 or 6 months and Trial Preparation services.
