Chloe Oudiz

Chloe is a certified divorce coach (CDC), supporting people in divorcing and co-parenting with less conflict. She supports them in preparing a clearly defined negotiation position for discussions with their spouse, so they can reach an acceptable agreement out of court.

Chloe has extensive experience supporting individuals and couples at all stages of their divorce, through 1 on 1 coaching and support groups. Personally, she has experienced both an amicable and highly conflictual divorce, giving her first-hand insights into the benefits of a less conflictual approach.

In her previous career, Chloe spent 15 years as a change leader in large corporations, supporting leadership and staff through business transitions. She now supports individuals and couples with all types of divorce-related concerns, including telling the children about the divorce, managing the changes and uncertainty, preparing for mediation and co-parenting, to name just a few.

Ideally, Chloe’s clients approach her at the start of the process, so she can help them start things off on the right foot to keep conflict low, therefore divorcing faster, cheaper and with less destruction. She also has an additional expertise in addressing expat and international divorce challenges, such as international relocation, jurisdiction decisions and long distance co-parenting.

Chloe is highly empathetic and extremely organised. She has 15 years experience supporting people through change and navigating difficult negotiations. Chloe will help them stay the course as they navigate the ups and downs of divorce, as well as plan strategically to avoid common mistakes.

Chloe is London based, but supports clients globally via Zoom. She coaches in French and English. She is a member of Resolution and a UK founding member of the Amicable Divorce Network

About Chloe, beyond work : I am a Franco-American expat living in London for 15 years. I am myself divorced and am a single Mum to my 2 pre-teen girls. Outside of work, I am passionate about tennis, travel and psychology.
