Divorce Mortgage Planning is a holistic approach to the process of evaluating mortgage options in the context of the overall financial objectives as they relate to divorcing situations.  It expands upon traditional mortgage lending, which tends to be more transactional and less consultative.  Add in the experience I have as a financial planner/advisor and I try to take a much more comprehensive view of someone's mortgage and where it fits within their overall financial picture while being able to advise on all aspects of both.
