I’m a licensed therapist, certified coach, and divorce mediator with over 20 years of experience helping parents navigate the challenges of co-parenting after separation or divorce. I’m also the founder of The CoParents Path, where I support families in building healthier communication, creating parenting plans, and reducing conflict for the sake of their children.

I’m a mom of two and passionate about helping parents move through this difficult chapter with clarity, confidence, and compassion. My work is rooted in real-life experience, deep professional training, and a commitment to helping kids thrive by supporting the adults who love them.
